What does delivery cost?

Orders over R850 qualify for free delivery. Orders under R850 are charged a flat delivery fee of R99.

How long does delivery take?

Gauteng: 1–2 working days

Rest of South Africa: 2–4 working days

Orders are processed on the same/next working day. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Do you have a store that I can visit?

We are an online store & unfortunately don't have any physical stores or showrooms available to view products.

Is there a trade discount available?

Yes! We have a trade discount available for interior designers, decorators, B2B-clients & more.

Contact us on info@thehomequarter.co.za requesting a Trade Application Form & our team will assist you accordingly. Please note that relevant documentation & business information will be requested.

Can I cancel or alter my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we do our best to assist, once an order is dispatched for delivery, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I return an item?

Yes, you’re welcome to return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@thehomequarter.co.za to log your return. Return courier fees apply unless the item is faulty.
